I will list which island these dead zones appear on. As long as you have access to any island the dead zones are located on, you can complete these quests. He is part of a main mission quest and that is how he is logged into Dr. However: the "Champion" known as Ogre will NOT show up as a completed quest. There are a total of 13 champions and when you defeat one of them, it will show "Quest Completed" on your screen and it will count towards this achievement. There are quests tied to defeating all of the Dead Zone "Champions". You need to do missions that are labeled "Main" and "Side Quest". Those do not count towards this achievement.
Let me start off by saying you do NOT need to do the "Team" missions.
